What're Your Thoughts On The New App Store Logo?

Apple has decided to give the App Store logo an influential redesign, along with the Maps icon. This is part of Apple’s sixth developer beta for iOS 11, which also included a few performance upgrades and some bug-fixes.

There’s been a lot of controversy over the new App Store logo since it ditched the paintbrush and pencil graphics. These graphics have played a big part in the App Stores history over the last 9 years and have now been replaced with a soft letterform symbol. We should expect to see these changes whilst moving into iOS 11 which is due to arrive with the new iPhone hardware this September.

It’s been said that that the next-generation operating system comes with a multitude of new features including a revised user interface with a new looking Control Center and 3D Touch support, P2P Apple Pay transfers and the new AirPlay 2. We’ve also heard about a new Files app!
